Ingredients:
For the brownie:
175 g of dark chocolate
125g salted butter softened
150 g sugar
1 big egg
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract bitter
80 g pecans
For the cream:
250 g cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
85g sugar
1 big egg
125 ml cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a square baking dish. Chop the chocolate.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate and the butter together stirring constantly.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Pour the melted chocolate and the vanilla.
Then stir in the baking powder and the flour.
Transfer to the baking dish and cook for 10 minutes.
Now you can prepare the cream.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, the egg, the sugar, the vanilla extract and the cream.
Stir until well combined. Pour the cream mixture over the brownie.
Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Once it’s cooked open the oven’s door and let the cake cool inside the oven.
Then place in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving
